One of the managers likes to micro-manage your job and doesn't really let you make your own decisions, and the company is merging with another which leads to questions of stability. I am almost to the top of the pay scale for my position and unless I become a manager, I will never advance in this company.
My position is definitely the most fun in the building, but it requires you to plan several months in advance and requires a lot of flexibility. You must love working with seniors or you will not last working here.
