The description is right - 24 is so addictive that even a Libertarian like me likes it!! If you haven't caught the bug - season six. The finale with the Chines submarine is one of my favorites.

Where do I begin? I've recently become obsessed with this show and have gotten my friends hooked on it as well. Great acting, addictive storylines, and edge-of-your-seat-action all cometogether in this show. I'm so excited for season 7 to start. You don't have to start at the beginning, but it will help you understand Jack better and why he does what he does.

The producers do an amazing job with this show, it's suspenseful and is a critical issue in US issues today. Most of the things that go on are extremeely embelished, but yet still addictive. If you take the show from a realistic stand point though, all the crap that goies on in one season equals one day! Half those guys in real life would have a mental breakdown, or be commited before the day is over...Also, to think that this was season 6, all these seasons equal less than a week..All I know is Jack Bauer must have a 7 figure income to put up with all of that.....

I'm not sure where I left off with 24 because it is on several networks now. I'll have to add this one to my favorites to consider buy later.
