Posted about 1 year ago It's easy to get lost when you're first learning about all of the benefits available to federal employees, and certainly some benefits are more important to some employees than others. What is most important to you in a benefits package? |

| Posted 12 months ago If I am looking at a benefits package two things are important to me. One is obvious and that is health care plan for my children more as well as myself. With that said I also look at the bottom line and how much it will cost me to cover myself and three small children. I also look for an employer that thinks outside the box meaning I look for one that will support my endeavor to earn my college degree. Many employers that I have been speaking with are now including college in their benefits package! I say right on to that! |

| Posted 9 months ago Health Insurance is #1. Most people probably agree on that. I am also looking to retire as EARLY as possible so I can travel, so a matching 401K is ideal. |
