The USAJOBS resume database was hacked by phishing emailers in August. Is anyone aprehensive about submitting their resume via USAJOBS because of this breach?

Where did you hear that it was hacked?  It's moot for me, as my resume was already there.

I try not to put anything onto my resumes or business cards that I wouldn't want in general circulation.

I never heard about that either but just as amf85 mentioned I don't put anything on my resume either that I don't want the general public to know.

USAJobs is operated out of OPM, Office of Personnel Management. When you log into it you will see the little lock on the bottom right of the explorer window. This verifies standard 128 byte encryption of stored information.

I would still follow the advise of not listing PII on your resume until you want to submit it.
