Need help fighting MDR dismissal

Posted 6 months ago greetings to one and all. i am requesting any help in my fight to get my job back after 8 years with the fed govt as a civilian and over 20 years as retired military (Air Force). what happened was this; signed a mobility agreement to get job and training AFTER i moved 750 miles at my own expense, asked around at all levels if there was a possibility of them exercising it - always got the same answer, "maybe, don't really think so, don't really have the money," then they exercised it!!!! and after i had bought a house. what help i'm looking for is: legal recommendations, case history - especially favorable, and any experiences you know of. any and all help will and would be appreciated. i promise to keep it confidential!!! thanks to one and all. |
