Posted 3 months ago The contravercy of nationalism is profound with the job links rangeing upon the corprate market to international government of a broad spectrum. Those who possses any type of felonies do not qualify for any governmental job and when you talk about fair and balanced power is overlooked.I would understand the provisions of this issue if the felony was of an extreme nature but something of a pettyness shouldn't influence the canidate employment issue but it does. Thus we have a flaw of a tarriff floating somewhere in the factions of governmental rule that dissqualifies potential canidates. The ramifications of this nature effects ongoing progress upon a daily biasis a veto requirement would be in play one day but the competition is fearce and nobody really wants to spend the money to refine governmental rule.More then less government rule profile is not for the people by the people but for the individual. As diverse i may seem sound their is no escapeing the reality of the applications applied. |

| Posted 2 months ago Dude, not sure where you got your information, or where you learned the big words, but you're wrong. There are convicted felons working in the federal government. Those that have served their time and are working their way back into normal life. Any lawyer will tell you that the previous conviction is not justification for denied employment. The catch to this is should the position require a clearance or position sensitivity. Depending on the conviction, and the charge, this could be affected. IE, a person convicted of Domestic Violence cannot work in a federal position requiring the carring of a firearm. However, there are other positions that this person would be eligible for. |
