Used to have a Chicago collection until the albums got ruined by a bad leak in the basement by the snow that was piling up years ago.

How about the 1910 Fruitgum Company, The Jackson Five, The Captain and Tenille, and the Carpenters.

The Osmond Brothers!  I saw them sing live in the early '90s - they were great.  In the '70s, I was more into Donny, though.  :)

I remember when Captain & Tennille had a show on TV!

The Captain played the keyboard, Tenille sang with their back-up group.  Technically, they weren't like a multi-member band, but they were out there then.  Same with the Carpenters.  Karen sang while her brother played the piano.  They did have a tv show.

Yeah, first it was Sinatra, then Elvis, next Paul McCartney, then Donny.  Plus a few that may have been forgotten.

Probably at home, wishing they could put your picture in a scrapbook like they did with Paul McCarney, John Lennon, and Davy Jones.  Maybe they had a picture and put it in their school locker where no one but they would see it.  You're so smart!  You're the "go to" person.  Wow!  Just hear that crowd roar!

ROFLMAO?  Okay.  There are times when people have secret pals and secret admirers, but you never know.  You could have.

You were talking about disco.  The Bee Gees were alive and well for a while in the '70's.

Yes, many people now don't like disco, but it did produce lots of records and films like "Saturday Night Fever".  It was music for the time.  As Dick Clark's Bandstand would say, " I like the tune, I can dance to it."  Some could even sing to it.  The Bee Gees were the best for that type of music.

At least the Naru jackets haven't come back yet.  But that could still be around the corner.
