The Osmond Brothers! I saw them sing live in the early '90s - they were great. In the '70s, I was more into Donny, though. :) I remember when Captain & Tennille had a show on TV! |

Posted about 1 month ago The Captain played the keyboard, Tenille sang with their back-up group. Technically, they weren't like a multi-member band, but they were out there then. Same with the Carpenters. Karen sang while her brother played the piano. They did have a tv show.

Posted about 1 month ago Probably at home, wishing they could put your picture in a scrapbook like they did with Paul McCarney, John Lennon, and Davy Jones. Maybe they had a picture and put it in their school locker where no one but they would see it. You're so smart! You're the "go to" person. Wow! Just hear that crowd roar!

Posted about 1 month ago ...disco....disco.....AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! If you're gonna be a bear....be a grizzly...
Posted about 1 month ago Yes, many people now don't like disco, but it did produce lots of records and films like "Saturday Night Fever". It was music for the time. As Dick Clark's Bandstand would say, " I like the tune, I can dance to it." Some could even sing to it. The Bee Gees were the best for that type of music.
