Posted about 1 month ago Is there anyone with direct experience on the initial scanning procedure for resumes submitted for Federal jobs. A mentor in this area would be invaluable. Are resumes on USAJobs or Resumix scanned by computer software programs or done individually by hand? I would appreciate input from those who have first hand experience with the procedure. |
